Physicians Aid Association is a non-profit charitable organization that is dedicated to helping Los Angeles County physicians, their dependent families and physicians-in-training through unanticipated temporary financial hardships.
Founded in 1937. Its primary mission is to provide emergency financial assistance to Los Angeles County physicians, as well as their dependent families and physicians-in-training, during periods of unforeseen hardship — whether due to illness, economic downturns, natural disasters (like wildfires), or other unexpected crises
